MENTORSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 

Our 2019-20 Mentorship Development Program offers the most comprehensive development model available. This development program is designed to maximize potential for goaltenders that aspire to become their best. The program is personalized to fit each goaltenders needs and is designed to allow goaltenders the best opportunity to achieve success at hockey's highest levels. 

WHAT THE PROGRAM INCLUDES 

Goaltenders will work 1 on 1 with Matt for entire calendar year. This includes: 

- Weekly 50 Minute 1 on 1 sessions with Matt (42 Sessions total) 
- 2 Evaluation/Assessment sessions (included in session total) 
- MSGI Mentorship Student Jersey 
- Development Journal  
- Online Development Portal 
- Access to ANY online content and development 
- Seminars including: Sports Psychology, Personal Development, Mental Health, Mobility Development, Breathing and Heart Rate Development
- Game Video Analysis

WHO CAN APPLY? 

We are now accepting applicants for 2020-21 however only 2 goaltenders will be accepted. To apply please fill out the application below. The program is not designed for level or age but rather personality of each goaltender. We are looking for goaltenders that demonstrate an extreme desire and passion for the position and appreciate the finer details of their development.
